Shipping policy

  • For all shipping enquires please contact orders@panafter.com.au.
  • We ship within Australia and can arrange a quote for international orders.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being confirmed.
  • We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please depending on size and destination.  Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.
  • All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase please email us so we can follow up the issue.
  • Extra large, heavy and bulky individual items that are marked* will acquire a separate shipping cost. After we have received your order we will email you with a shipping quote.  Your order will not be processed until a shipping cost is confirmed and paid in full. Please note we are happy to deliver furniture locally, this will include a courier fee depending on the suburb.
  • Orders that accumulate to extra large, bulky and heavier orders may require additional shipping charges. After we have received your order we will email you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be processed until a shipping cost is confirmed.
  • If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg. change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
