We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Australia.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from order confirmation.
We ship all orders via Australia Post, FedEx or TNT depending on size and destination. Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.
All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase, please email us so we can follow up the issue.
Extra large, heavy and bulky individual items that are marked * will acquire a separate shipping cost. After we have received your order, we will email you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be processed until a shipping cost is confirmed and paid for in full. You are welcome to e-mail us prior to purchase for a shipping quote to your postcode destination.
International orders outside of Australia may incur additional chargers, depending on your countries regulations.
These include charges such as Import VAT, duties, and processing fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not included in the price of your order.
If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg. change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us. We are unable to assist change of information once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping returns are at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Please note we do not issue refunds but rather you can exchange your order within 7 days of purchase for another item or a credit note.
If unfortunately, you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately. Any damaged items will need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order and with proof of purchase.
We really hope that your are happy with your order. If for some reason you are dissatisfied please get in touch.
To complete your return it must be approved first before an exchange is issued.
Before shipping your items back please email us at orders@panafter.com.au. A reason for returning the item in writing and proof of purchase is needed to complete your return. Please note all shipping and handling charges are at the customers cost.
We recommend you keep track of your parcel in case it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.
If for some reason you receive a different item to the one you purchased, please get in touch and we can arrange a re-delivery.
We deserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
