Please note many of our products are handmade, often no two items are alike. Each product is individual, and imperfections may occur.  We do our best to fully inform customers with descriptions and images that certain products will vary and may have natural imperfections. Please be aware of this when purchasing such items.

Due to the nature of our handmade and unique products the items you view online may differ slightly to what you receive in our order.  All images depicted online do not always represent the exact product that you will receive.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

Please note we do not issue refunds but rather you can exchange your order within 7 days of purchase for another item or a credit note. 

If unfortunately, you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately. Any damaged items will need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order and with proof of purchase.

We really hope that you are happy with your order.  If for some reason you are dissatisfied, we may offer a return for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase receipt.

If you feel like the size or style isn’t the right fit, you are welcome to exchange for the correct size or for something else within 14 days of purchase receipt.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and all tags and labels still attached.

All returns must be approved before an exchange can be issued.

A reason for returning the item in writing and proof of purchase is needed to complete your return.

Sale items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange nor shop credit. 

Please note the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item/s back to us. We do not reimburse shipping or custom duties.

We recommend you keep track of your returned parcel in case it fails to reach us.  We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.

If for some reason you receive a different item to the one you purchases, please get in touch and we can arrange a re-delivery.

We deserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

 

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless we agree in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable. If your goods haven’t yet been made, you may receive a store credit instead.

A 50% deposit is required before we begin making or sourcing your products.

The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

Lead times and delivery dates are estimates only—we can’t guarantee exact times due to supplier or shipping delays. We will keep in touch about the status of your order.

Additional shipping charges may apply, this will be confirmed at the time of purchase. These may be subject to change and depend on the location of intended delivery. 

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available unless the goods are faulty. Items are not to be determined faulty unless we agree in writing. 

LIABILITY 

We are not responsible for making sure products are suitable for your specific needs.

We are not liable for the quality of fabrics or materials.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
