Since 12th century, the monks of Camaldoli have prepared remedies in their apothecary from the depths of the Tuscan forest. This apothecary supplied the monastery's infirmary, which operated for centuries until it was decommissioned in 1934. Following the closure, the monks transformed the grounds to accommodate the ongoing production of formulations that are themselves stories of healing, care, spirituality and centuries-old knowledge.

Every stage of production continues to take place by hand in the Ancient Pharmacy's laboratory, resulting in a collection of botanically led products that combine monastic simplicity with modern rigour.

A fragrant, pleasantly aromatic combination, where fennel meets mint, liquorice, lemon balm and citrus peel. A traditional Marseille soap made from pure vegetable oils. 

Directions: This soap is suitable for the face, hands and body with hints of Eucalyptus and sweet, floral, sightly citrus aromas.
