Antique Armchair 003

An antique chair from Ethiopia, circa 20^th century.

Made in Ethiopia, this hard wood chair would have designated a special place for a highly regarded individual - king, queen or community elder. Crafted with the greatest of care, the wood itself shows signs of wear with beautiful glossy patina as well as featuring a three panelled seat and gentle carvings on the arms, back rest and sides of seat.
