Antique Chair 002

An antique chair from Ethiopia, circa 20^th century.

Made in Ethiopia, this hard wood chair would have designated a special place for a highly regarded individual - king, queen or community elder. Crafted with the greatest of care, the wood itself shows signs of wear with a beautiful glossy patin. The chair also  features a rare design of cut outs in the wood on the panels of the back rest. 

Ethiopian Chair 002 measures 42cm wide x 45cm deep x 70cm high.
