Tuareg Bowl 001

An antique bowl hand-carved by people of the Tuareg, one of the last remaining nomadic tribes of Sahara Africa. The bowls are delicately etched with fine line geometric detail and traditionally used for collecting goat's milk. Carved from a single piece of wood, if these bowls become cracked or damaged they are repaired and passed down from generation to generation.

Tuareg bowl 001 measures 27cm x 35cm x 11cm.
