Market Shopper - Natural

This basket is handwoven in Cape Town, South Africa by a group of women as part of a fair-trade community employment project. Using traditional methods it is made from natural Ilala palm and finished with strong stiff handles. The weave has been styled to create a classic oversized handbag. Due to the handmade nature aach one varies slightly in shape and size.

Measures approx 38cm high x 47cm wide, handles 30cm high.
